Former Avaiatiom Minister of Nigeria Femi Fani Kayode may soon die after a comment he made in 2019 stating that “he will rather die than joining APC the ruling party as a result of their bad leadership of the country.
Recall that Fani Kayode vehemently denied joining the party in 2019
Fast forward to September 2021, the former Minister has defected to the “Almajiri Party” (according to his quote in 2019)
And he said the following as his defection Speech In September 2021
“It was an honor and a privilege to visit with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, yesterday in the company of my dear friends and brothers, Governor Mala Mai-Buni and Governor Bello Matawalle.
Mr. President received us very warmly and we had an excellent meeting. I intimated him of my decision to join the APC and he was delighted with the news.
Now we move forward together to make our country a better place and to bring peace, love and stability to our shores.
God bless Nigeria! 🇳🇬“
The former Minister also said "Buhari is the most respected president in the world and the father of modern Nigeria...He is the reason why Nigeria is fast developing in infrastructure and unity. He received me warmly. God bless my president."
